Don't Pray to the Wizard [Free]

Don't Pray to the Wizard [Free]:

Everyone in the world has things they need that are difficult or impossible to get through normal means. If someone is truly desperate, they can always turn to the Wizard of the Tower. They're as powerful as they are strange and obnoxious, but for the right price they may give you what you seek. But I will give you the advice I give all those I see travelling here: no matter how badly you may need something, don't pray to the wizard.

Don't Pray to the Wizard is a game where one player is a weird asshole of a wizard and everyone else is one of the poor saps who comes to them in their hour of need. Players take turns going to the wizard, offering whatever they have in exchange for a chance to have the wizard grant them what they want. The wizard draws a tarot card and does something that is usually either very strange or very rude and the person gets thrown out with or without what they wanted.

To play you will need 2-6 people, 1-2 hours, the Major Arcana part of a tarot deck, and a way to write things down.

This game is heavily inspired by the wizardjpeg blog on tumblr (it's the blog that started the "cause problems on purpose" meme, and belly friday) (also heads up if you're on desktop the blog makes noise) and I highly recommend checking it out! It is really funny and I've wanted to make a game about it forever.

This game was  was made for the Transformed Titles Jam! As you can see from this tweet the title for this game was generated using https://talktotransformer.com/ Also this game will be free for the duration of the jam.
