Maps and Legends (playtest) [Free]

Maps and Legends [Free]:

Maps and Legends is a map-drawing game created for the Record Collection Jam 2020 and is inspired by the R.E.M. album Fables of the Reconstruction. Taking place during a year of the town's mayoral election, players describe a small town, the people living in it, and the changes that happen over that year.

The game works best with 3-5 players and will take around 2-4 hours to play. Players will need a deck of cards, a sheet of paper, and some pens or pencils.

Maps and Legends is strongly inspired by Avery Alder's The Quiet Year. It is currently at Version 0.1 and I hope to continue to make improvements and add more to the game.
