Welcome to Prepping in the Kitchen! This is a solo journaling-esque role-playing game in which you plan a week's worth of meals and write about how they made you feel. Are you terrible at planning meals? Are you always feeling sick after meals but never know why? Are you neither of these things but want a cool way to discover new food options? WELL! This could be the game for you! Being a hack of Alone Among the Stars, by Takuma Okada, this game uses mechanics such as dice rolling and card drawing to make the big decisions for you. All you need to do is fill in the blanks.
Because food plays such a large role in our health and emotions, the second section of the game asks you to keep a journal throughout the week to write down how you feel before, during, and after meals. With your new journal as your guide, you can begin to plan out your future meals knowing what to include and what to avoid.
