Babel Market is a microgame centered around constructed languages for 2 or more players. You are cast as a trader, arriving at the market from a distant land with your own language. You and your fellow traders will attempt to communicate the goods you want to others using only these unique languages. If you receive the correct item, you get another word and further expand the growing language. The game wins when a player has collected enough words, which can be obscured as the lingua franca of the group grows! Try it out and barter, betray, and miscommunicate your way to linguistic domination!
