Monarch is a collaborative storytelling "one page" rules-lite RPG for 1 or more players.  The rules and the narrative are decided by the players with suggestions from the rules.  Each player creates a bug that comes from one of four factions, each with their own benefits.  Together, they must make the pilgrimage to the summit of Mount Kaefer to gaze upon the remains of The Monarch and have their wishes granted.
