Beldok the goblin lives alone with her mule, Narder, in a small cottage in the woods. She is afraid of the humans who live in the nearby village of Frefield, and needs someone to travel through the woods and to the village in order to purchase groceries for her. Will you help Beldok and return before dinner time?
Goblin Groceries is a one-page fantasy adventure for around 4 players and a Game Master for use with your RPG system of choice that takes around 2 hours to run. In this adventure, the player characters are asked by Beldok to travel through the woods to a nearby village in order to buy her groceries and medicine. Along the way, they might get lost in the woods, encounter bears or elves, eat poisonous berries, get caught in the rain, find themselves questioned by a suspicious town watch person, get overcharged by a merchant, accidentally purchase the wrong goods, figure out how to carry a wagonload of goods back through the forest, and confront greedy bounty hunters!
