Rules of Play
You have 6 stats: Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma. Roll 3d6 down the line for each stat.
Every time you attempt an action, choose an amount to sacrifice. Subtract that amount from your stat and roll that many d20. Take the highest result and compare to the GM’s target number. A stat cannot go below 0.
Each time you fail to meet a TN, mark xp next to the relevant stat. When you have accrued a number of XP equal to that stat’s current maximum score, raise the stat by 1.
When you take damage, apply it to the relevant stat (Physical = Strength, Poison = Constitution, Psychological = Charisma/Wisdom etc.). If the stat is at 0, apply excess damage to the next stat down the line.
You regain 1d10 stat points per short rest (night) and all lost stats per long rest (week).
When all your stats are 0, you die.
