A 1-4 Player Game of Forecasting a City's Future.
In Omina, you play an augur, one who reads the future from various omens and auspices, as you forecast the future of your city. Play consists of rounds, where each player takes a turn to draw/roll an omen at random and interpret what it means for the city, and describes how it comes to pass.
While intended as a standalone game, it can also be used to flesh out a location's history/future in existing tabletop campaigns.
