Inspired by John Harper of lasers and feelings and world of dungeons, this is a short streamlined monster capture, raising, and battling simulator game that folds into a handy pamphlet.
Players may use these rules to emulate their favorite monster battling rpgs or build their own. This was a design idea in response to the enormity of some pokemon rpgs, we wanted a game that worked like a combination of the best parts of the TV show and video game that didn't require much book keeping. It's still a work in progress but I believe the core is strong.
