desert [$5.00]

desert [$5.00]: by @iam_scire

desert is a GMless roleplaying game set in a near future city. The game is currently 22 pages long and in playtesting. What you get as of now are...

  • tools and techniques to create a city with a bleak 20 minutes into the future feel. The emphasis is on being able to zoom in from districts to individual buildings.
  • simple faction mechanics where players choose to act at different scales from shutting down a single building to engaging in city-wide agitation.
  • six types of sensor systems that let you differentiate high-tech environments from places with contemporary levels of surveillance.
  • the premise for an actual game using the rules and techniques above to play killer robots who are not killing but on the run or at least struggling to find a place in society.

The pdf is offered at 5$ until I get more testing in.
