I threw this game together in about a week. It spawned off the idea of Laser & Feelings hacks, and the name OwlBear just stuck out as such an obvious X/Y thing. From there, it grew into making the best minimal rule set based around L&F while keeping OSR and FKR ideals, such as "rulings over rules", as well as balancing difficulty and lethality with fun and usability.

Just print the document double sided on a single piece of paper, and don't scale to margins. Fold into thirds, grab a 10-sided die, and you're ready to go!
