What was the RPG Pipeline

The RPG Pipeline was a posting board to keep track of upcoming tabletop rpgs from 2015 to 2021 (this Blogger version began in 2019). It covered new English language ttrpgs and ttrpgs going into crowdfunding.

Rogue-Card [Free]

Rogue-Card [Free]:

ME9ZnF.png

Welcome my intrepid Rogue!  Help the surrounding villages and towns rid their lands of the villainous creatures that have infested the caves and dungeons that have surrounded them.  Clear them out so that the miners can get back to work!  Or save those children that were absconded by the goblins!

Or..... just go spelunking and kill anything that gets in your way!  Anything goes in Rogue-Card, the rogue-like dungeon crawl on a postcard!

The steps are simple:

Create your character

Have your friends and family create characters

Start rolling dice and get to mapping your adventures!

Gain experience and improve your character, then go back for more!

Be on the look out for additional postcards that will supplement Rogue-Card!

Marble Iron is the first supplement to be added.  In Marble Iron intrepid rogues will find stores to buy and sell from, as well as a place to sleep!  Not to mention being able to enhance their weapons!

This game was created for the Wish You Were Here Jam.   Due to the nature of the game, B&W / reduced ink files may not be immediately available if at all.  Just a note.

There are now three different files for each Postcard available.  Please read the Download/Install instructions.

Thanks for checking out Rogue-Card!

The suggested Postcard to use is the "RogueCard w/o Character Sheet on the Front".  This does mean that the "RogueCard Character Sheet" becomes the suggested additional postcard to send out as well.  There is an issue with the amount of text on the back of the original layout where the postal service prints on the top and bottom portion of the postcard information that they use for delivery.  There is a possibility that the postcard might not make it through all postal stations, and the game text definitely gets obscured because of it.  There is an alternative solution of using Removable Labels to cover the printed text that the recipient can then peel off to reveal clear instructions.  This suggestion is made to attempt to reduce any extra materials and cost.

ERRATA: I realized that I left off what to do for a Hidden Chamber!  My sincere apologies for that oversight.  I have uploaded corrections to the main card with the below text.

Hidden Chambers: Roll 1d6 to determine what is found in these chambers.  Rolling a 1 is a monster event, a 2 or 3 is loot, and 4+ is another area.

ERRATA: The Monster Type information is not consistent.  Changing Lose to Inflicts.  All monsters Inflict some form of damage, and when the text said lose it could be taken as the monster loses that health per turn.  It is expected that the meaning was understood.
