A weird world-building TTRPG inspired by Annihilation, Stalker, House of Leaves, and Control
There has been a disturbance somewhere in the world, in a specific geographical area. We have a vague idea of how big it is, and we know anything within the area is being changed, but we don’t know how or why, or what caused it.
Using two decks of cards, you will answer questions about the world within the deviation, and the watching world outside of it.
Many questions will be left unanswered, many mysteries uncertain. The Deviation is not something that will have a neat, clear ending.
As details regarding the Deviation and the Expedition emerge, take notes and draw a general representation of the Deviation on paper. This will help convey the accumulation of details, and make the Deviation feel more tangible for you, if not for the Expedition.
