Red Markets: Quickstart Guide [Free]

Red Markets: Quickstart Guide [Free]:

Nominated "Best Game" at the 2018 Ennie Awards.

The Red Markets corebook can be daunting with the sheer mass of options it provides players and GMs for alternate rules sets, setting exploration, and gameplay inspiration. Though a simple mechanic overall, the 500 page tome can intimidate some players, but worry no more! The Red Markets Quickstart Guide boils the game's core mechanics down into less than 20 pages while the rest of the guide provides pregenerated characters, GM tips, player aides, and a starter scenario to get people playing immediately. Pass the PDF around the group to get everyone on the same page, or just try before you buy. Whatever your needs, games only truly live when they are played, and the Red Markets Quickstart Guide will get you playing faster than ever before.

If this is your first time hearing about Red Markets: Red Markets is a tabletop RPG about economic horror. It uses zombies to tell a story about surviving on the wrong end of the economy. It’s cutthroat capitalism with its knife on your neck. Your characters are Takers: mercenary entrepreneurs unwilling to accept the end of the world. Bound together into competing crews, each seeks to profit from mankind’s near-extinction before it claims them. They will have to hustle, scheme, and scam as hard as they fight if they hope to survive the competing factions and undead hordes the GM throws at them.
