Game of the Fist is a role-playing game about lightning-fast kicks, rapid strikes, and immortal masters of martial arts. In this book, you will find everything you need to create characters inspired by kung fu films taking place in the 17th to 19th century, such as those by the Shaw Brothers Studio, as well as characters modelled after samurai, ninja, sumo wrestlers, Mongolian horse archers, and geisha assassins. This game is meant to be fast-paced; compared to other role-playing games, there are few mechanics and rules to pour over during combat, allowing fights to take place at a break-neck speed as you throw punches, kicks, and throws in rapid succession and block blows from bamboo staves and whirling nunchaku.
