Part-Time Heroes RPG / $1.00

Part-Time Heroes RPG / $1.00: Publisher: Walter Fiuza

Part-Time Heroes is not about great warriors or the mighty wizards mentioned in the songs. So forget about the adventurers immortalized in legends and revered throughout the kingdom.

This role-playing game is about everyday people who, for lack of something better to do, seek part-time adventures. Some of them act inspired by the old songs, and wish the glory, fame and fortune of the Full-Time Heroes. Others, in turn, just look for a quick way to earn more coins.

Part-Time Heroes is a one-page micro RPG that doesn't use any dice. However, you will need many coins to play.

  • Print, play and have fun.
  • Flip a coin and pick it up in midair — like those cartoon's swindlers — to determinate your character's success. Buy information, bribe guards, and sell your enemies' equipment and monster's carcass to evil sorcerers to leave your miserable life behind.
  • Part-Time Heroes RPG was developed as part of One-Page RPG Jam 2021, created by James Lennox-Gordon.
  • Complete rules in just one page. Learn how to make actions, fight monsters, challenge your friends, and even how to accumulate coins to advance in your career.
  • Progression table with daily income.
  • Use Milestones to track the story's progress. And it's okay to interrupt the adventure before saving the princess or killing the monster. After all, you're just a Part-Time Hero.
