Not Another City Builder [Free]

Not Another City Builder [Free]: Here's another city building tool for your tabletop RPGs, though more focused on a story.
With the theme of city, I decided to create my own take on a city builder. Rather than focus on what the city looks like or the nooks and crannies, I decided to create a more story-driven builder, one that presents a city with a story. Think of it akin to an adventure generator mixed with a city builder.
