Bound is a storytelling tabletop role-playing game for a GM plus 3-6 players, using only one or two standard decks of playing cards.
Players play a group of characters - knitted together by friendship, resentment, duty and more - who must struggle to survive in the face of a curse that will claim at least one of their lives by the end of the game.
The pack comes with three settings - classic fantasy, sci-fi and western - but can be easily adapted to more.
There is also a free preview pdf available, which includes 5 pages from the full game pack to give a taster of rules, tone and one of the settings.
An early, playtest version of Bound was published in Apr 2019 as part of the folklore game jam - this is a reworking of that game, which has similar themes and ideas but drastically different structure and mechanics.
