This Vineyard Will Be Our Salvation is a character-driven story game, derived from Alex Roberts' For the Queen, where players take on the role of ducks and geese who, in exchange for dedicating their entire working life to The Vineyard, will be allowed to retire to Ipharadesi Island, a safe haven and paradise on earth. Play to find out who your characters are, what they are willing to do to retire to paradise, and how the long workdays in The Vineyard change and challenge them at every turn.
This game is a submission to the Atlas Obscura Game Jam, and was inspired by the article "A Parade of 2,000 Ducks Keeps a South African Vineyard Running."
