The RPG Pipeline was a posting board to keep track of upcoming tabletop rpgs from 2015 to 2021 (this Blogger version began in 2019). It covered new English language ttrpgs and ttrpgs going into crowdfunding.

Backroads is a powered by the apocalypse system about displaced people trying to get away from terrible monsters. This contains all of the core playbooks, as well as the advanced ones. The playbooks are as follows:

  • The Runaway - Someone on the run from their past life (and maybe the police)
  • The Musician - A small time musician doing gigs all across the country
  • The Apostate - An escapee from a cult who may dabble in the arcane.
  • The Veteran - An former military expiriment, left to die on the streets.
  • The Newshound - A paranormal reporter looking for their big story
  • The Seeker - A lost soul looking for a missing loved one
