Dice vs. Dice: a folk RPG
To play, have an idea of your world, players, each with idea of a character, 2 dice - black and white, 20-sided
You describethe world
They describe their characters' actions.
When consequence is uncertain, agree on one possi-ble outcomes for each die. Roll. Higher die wins.
For some reason, feels better than just flipping cons ;)
