The indie TTRPG I’ve been most excited about all year is definitely Jiangshi: Blood in the Banquet Hall. It has a few of my favorite elements in games – supernatural beings, a historical setting, and exploration of Asian American experiences. Plus, food is a major theme and the team behind it is incredible. So much thought went into the design and art, and I can see this becoming a lot of people’s new favorite.
