And Yet You Understand is a GMless conversational game about two people who do not share a common language, but who are trapped together with a pressing need to communicate. During play you will create characters defined by their differences, convey needs through tightly limited communication, achieve understanding via statements and interpretations, and change the rules of your interactions by increasing the trust you share.
