It won't. But... It will definitely inspire some interesting stories, cause moments of reflection, and create some deep and complex characters (and artifacts).
There are a number of stories — books, movies, games, and more — that center around people and their artifacts. This is the beginning (or end) of all of those stories, told from a different perspective.
Anyway, I hope you... enjoy it? As with any RPG, there's a reason we play with friends.
