Gotham has grown too quiet. The streets are filled with petty crime but there’s a distinct lack of evil plots and plans and chaos must be sewn to liven things up in this dreary city. Someone somewhere has opened a rip in the time space continuum and Gotham is in for a wild ride as Jokers from all across the multiverse find themselves torn from their respective dimensions to spread mayhem and destruction.
