In Death & Detritus, your characters live in a world where there is little to do but to slave away at the hands of your lords, ladies, and lieges – whoever they may be. They care not for you or your kin, and they will certainly care not for the indigenous peoples of the land that they will direct you to kill and coerce into submission. It seeks to reflect the actual reality of violence and hierarchy maintained, unfortunately, by the players themselves. You will kill these helpless peoples by the dozens, and you will plunder their tribal crafts and primitive tools to present it as evidence of the magical for the court you so willingly serve with all your heart (but also maybe for noble coin).
