ORC+BONE is a grim post-humanity OSR Campaign Setting, compatible with Whitebox and other BX style rules systems. This is not a complete RPG. ORC+BONE provides a detailed setting with extensive encounter tables for a variety of environments, information on over a dozen kingdoms, and OSR Rules for Playing Orcs and Gnolls, as well as Character Classes such as Berzerker, Ranger, Shaman, Witch, Antiquarian, and Blacksmith!
ORC+BONE is set at the end of fantasy history, in a world where the Elves, Dwarves, and now Humanity itself have disappeared, and Orcs have found themselves in the unlikely position of having to defend what remains of civilization, rebuilding it in their image in the process. They will face a host of villains: Vampires, Mutants, Sidhe, Werewargs and Dragons among them. As well as rival factions of the Orcish Crusades, and the Goblin Federacy!
ORC+BONE also features quick-play miniatures rules, allowing you and your players to recreate large scale battles with a relative handful of standard sized minis! Control entire legions of Orcish Crusaders and Vampire Minions in a straight-forward tactical wargame!
Featuring the RPGPundit as Design Consultant, this Playtest Edition is the first major release from Total Party Skills, and a premium edition is in the works if ORC+BONE can build some word of mouth.
