BEYOND OUR WORLD’S VEIL of normalcy exists an underbelly of the Paranormal – enclaves fight occult wars, government agencies regulate supernatural phenomena, and unknown forces breach reality trying to end our world every day.
YOUR CHARACTER exists in this underbelly. You may have been inducted into a cult, witnessed the paranormal but didn’t get memory wiped, or were raised by or with a paranormal family. Whichever the case, you can’t escape the truth.
SEVENTH HEAVEN is a ruleset focused on how the GM, players, and their dice tell a story of a world steeped in the supernatural. It uses a d6 pool system determined by your stats, and you count the number of success by how many dice rolled 4 and above. It is also focused on how deeply entrenched the player characters are in this supernatural underbelly - governments use a lot of tech to keep things under wraps, and a shadow war to keep it that way happens basically everyday.
Feel free to hack this up as you please. I think it's pretty easy to plug-and-play different powersets, settings, and lore, and you can do so as long as you keep track of it.
