A simple solo player RPG about being 7 years old at the local mall.
You are 7 years old. It is December 18th 1992. You have gone to the mall with your absent minded father who has gotten into an enthusiastic, yet long winded conversation about the local sports team with an employee working at Larry’s Sports—neither adult has noticed you slip away into the abyss known as Elmdale Heights. You traverse hallways, ride escalators, encounter strange characters, face distractions and find trinkets. Your destination is the Toy Shoppe, located on the third floor and home to the city’s largest Troll doll collection—and a site of great inspiration for your growing Troll collection. Your objective is to get to the toy store and run your hands through the fluffy hair of Troll dolls before your father realizes that you are not standing next to him and looking at soccer balls like he asked you to.
Play with others
The game can be modified to be played by more than one player by giving everyone their own Elmdale Heights adventure sheet and race against time and each other.
I'm still pretty new to writing RPGs and welcome feedback.
