What was the RPG Pipeline

The RPG Pipeline was a posting board to keep track of upcoming tabletop rpgs from 2015 to 2021 (this Blogger version began in 2019). It covered new English language ttrpgs and ttrpgs going into crowdfunding.

Snugglebug [Free]

Snugglebug [Free]:

My wonderful friend Diana tagged me in this tweet. Two hours later, here we are. I really need to go make breakfast.

A 1 gm, 1 player game with no dice, no need to track anything and no gm screen, that uses a blanket you're snuggled into as a mechanic. Enjoy!

This is a tiny little cozy game, I recommend going buckwild and changing the prompts however you want for maximum cozy/fun time. Stay snug, snugglebugs!

Premise:

“Snugglebugs are simple creatures who live in warm, loving homes and only drink hot chocolate and tea and only eat marshmallows, candy canes and potato soup. They’re happy little things that stare at fairy lights like they're the night sky and hold each other’s hands even if they’re not crossing a street (they’ve never seen a street but safety first!). They’re about two inches tall (that’s almost 6cm!) and can look a sorts of ways! Some have snouts, some have trunks, some are fuzzy little things and some have six arms (they give the biggest hugs). Snugglebugs all have big eyes and round bodies and soft little paws (even if they sometimes wonder what having thumbs would be like, they can play video games in teams by stepping on the controls, holding hands of course for coordination and moral support).

When they’re home alone they’re curious folk and that’s where our adventure begins…”
