Outre Realms is a basic fantasy roleplaying game of swords and sorcery adventure. It utilizes the dead simple FIST System, so named for the first letter of each stat that defines characters.
Outre Realms is ALSO an experiment for me in new software and hardware solutions, as well as expedient game design and alternative marketing.
I intend to make this electric ashcan edition of Outre Realms availablle for only ten days, after which I’ll pull it from circulation. This is part of the experiment that I mentioned in the opening two paragraphs of the document.
Contingent on positive feedback and sales of this ashcan edition of Outre Realms, I plan to re-issue the game with art, an original setting, and a starting adventure, as well as more advice for referees.
