Great for a fun one shot RPG.
For the Puppet Master
You will put your puppets in situations that they will need to work through.
Players will roll to select a Power for their Puppet. When they invoke this Power as part of their Action; Have them roll 2 dice; Go over the top, (Yes you totally do that thing and....)
Generally it is best to have a well rounded party of puppets. Re-roll until a unique Power is chosen.
