Requires: a standard deck of cards, some notepaper.
You are a Bodyguard, full of coiled lethal force and scarred by your past.
Or you are a VIP, driven by ambition and famed nationwide but hunted by a lethal conspiracy.
Or you are those character's subconscious desires, guiding them toward what will truly bring them fulfilment.
Be My Bodyguard is a one-shot game for 2-4 players, playing out the drama of a VIP and Bodyguard who've gotten dangerously intimate while facing down a mysterious and deadly conspiracy. But each character is played by two people: one controls their conscious actions, while the other decides their subconscious desires. Together you'll find out if they can face down this conspiracy, reconcile their feeling for each other, and decide whether their victories are just what they needed, or feel like ashes in their mouth.
