Backpacks and Baddies is a tabletop roleplaying game in the spirit of kids adventure movies from the 80s and 90s. It's about kids defending their town, fighting strange monsters and saving the day. The rules use a basic d6 system, allow for quick character creation and include mechanics for inventions. It is designed to be used for fun monster of the week one shots, but can also be used for longer campaigns.
This is the playtest version as it is still being worked on and refined.
