A Single Player RPG Forged in the Dark
Using a single-player variation of John Harper's Blades in the Dark rules, players generate characters with unique backgrounds and vices, and use their actions and limited resources to overcome difficult encounters, and push their luck to delve deeper and deeper into a randomly generated dungeon. When your pack is full of broken crowns and demon bones you return above ground to the imperial capitol for downtime where your character can recover, indulge their vice, and craft items and incantations to fuel their next delve.If you succumb to your wounds you die.
