Inspired by all manner of talent shows like America's Got Talent and The Voice, drafting games like Magic: The Gathering and Sushi Go, the Recruit move from Dungeon World, and the feeling I get playing Bioware or other rpgs with beautiful, interesting companions that I tear my hair out micromanaging.
