SIGNAL//r021 is a two-player letter-writing game designed for people who want to build world-setting details and character backgrounds as they play. It is designed to be supplemental to other systems that have a similar enough tone, and has a system reference document for designers who want to make it fit systems with different tones. It also produces tarot cards that are specific to the relationship between the characters which can then be used as cards in a tarot-based system.

Update note: I plan to add more spreads, provide an example of play, put in some famous quotes about communication just for flavour, swap out the Canva backgrounds for some nice stock photos (I think I will do this for the rules and not the spreads). I also might update SIGNAL//Seed to have a brief section about designing new spreads for r021 or other SIGNAL games. This work will be prioritized if SIGNAL//r021 hits $50 in sales before it is done.
