#HotIndieTTRPGs For the indie rpg that caught their interest in 2020, @lackingceremony picked Wait For Me by @jeeyonshim and @KevinKulp
What I love about the world of independent tabletop RPG design right now is how many games are emerging that are about culture, companionship, and exploration. It feels like there's a willingness to turn away from constant showdown conflicts, in favour of games that are more reflective or curious. One of the games that has stood out most for me in 2020 is Wait For Me, a time-travel journaling game for one or two players - I think Jeeyon Shim and Kevin Kulp have created a work of beauty and simplicity.
