A Visit in the Afternoon is a game about listening and being heard. About building a connection. About allowing a stranger to tell their story and receiving the chance to do the same. It is an invitation to inquire, reflect, and try out questions and answers you never dared speak aloud. It is a game about two people meeting just by chance. One of them happens to be a ghost.
A Visit in the Afternoon is a role-playing game for two players centered on improvised storytelling. Only a couple of rules are needed to guide what is a conversation between a living person and a deceased one whose spirit has not yet moved on from this world. The game is meant to be played as a one-shot and lasts an hour or two.
