Erasure is a social game of creeping horror and loss. It is a game of lies, truths, and the grey space between the two. Many people who grow up feeling a bit different spend a large portion of their early lives with their identity being rubbed away, replaced with something easier to understand and label. These youths grow up and find adults who don’t believe they (bisexual, pansexual, asexual, aromantic, masc-presenting non-binary trans, etc.) exist at all.
The very core of their gender, sexuality, and romantic identity: erased.
