Hero Sheep is a one-page RPG that begs to be played completely on the fly, with zero prep time. All that you need to play is a few d8 dice, paper, pencils, and whatever's in your pocket. Players can make their characters in under a minute, and the action can start immediately.
I even managed to fit in a starting scenario to get your group right into the action! It involves stopping a group of crab-people who stole a truckload of ground beef.
